Community Advisory Committee of Advanced Learning and Differentiation (formerly CAC-GATE) serves as an important vehicle for parent and community involvement in the educational program of gifted and advanced learners. The committee is comprised of parent representatives from each school within our district. Three committee meetings are held annually to promote open communication between district administrators, school staff, and parents. Meetings also provide parents with information and opportunities related to gifted education. If you are interested in volunteering as a parent representative, please speak with your school's Advanced Learning Site teacher representative. Meetings are open to all °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø community members. Ìý

2024-2025 Parent Representative Meetings

Advanced Learning Site Parent Representative meetings are open to all °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø parents. Meetings are held to promote open communication between district administrators, school staff, and parents.These meetings are intended for adult attendance only and will be held in a virtual setting.

Additionally, we host a parent book club open to all interested community members. The book club discussions will be held during the first part of the meeting. The second part of the meeting will be reserved for general business and discussion.Ìý

°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø offers two programs to serve advanced learners in 4th through 6th grades, GATE and APAAS. Please view the onlineÌý at your convenience. Thank you for your interest in our programs.
