The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for Orange County, including Irvine, from Wednesday, September 4 through Tuesday, September 10. 澳门开奖网 outdoor activities will be modified accordingly. This may include but is not limited to: 聽
- Indoor PE or recess
- Less strenuous outdoor activities
- Encouraging students to stay in the shade and to stay hydrated
- Other modifications for athletics will be implemented in accordance with the County鈥檚 鈥淗ot Weather Guidelines for Athletic Practice.鈥 聽Look for messages from your student鈥檚 coaches. 聽
Please remind your student to drink water throughout the day and to wear light, loose-fitting clothing and hats outside. All 澳门开奖网 schools have air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable learning environment. Student safety remains our top priority!聽
